Can you recall the wild but chilling sound the ice makes at the slashing of the sharp blade beneath your feet when ice skating? Do you remember the quick and elegant movement of gliding forward, almost as if you are writing cursive with your own two feet?  Closing his deep chocolate brown eyes in an attempt to rekindle this feeling, a short young man glided around his household on the newly cleaned floor with his socks. Spinning around in a less then graceful figure eight, Daniel mentally cursed the season of summer in his head. Summer meant the ice rinks were almost always closed and hockey season didn’t start for another three months!
